The Grand Designs Project, The Art Deco House, Godalming
Alan Overton Builders provided Building Services to the famous Channel 4 Programme Grand Designs and Project Managed the entire build of the Art Deco House in Godalming.
Working closely with www.adams-associates.com we were jointly awarded: Design Awards 2007. Sustainable Design and Construction. Highly Commended Civic Design Awards 2008, From The Godalming Trust. Joint Winner- New Building Residential.

A Country House Project
A country house renovation project – this house, built in the 60’s, was given a facelift that added character and charm.
